You can add HTML to all page headers site-wide by going to the "Sites" section of the back-end.
Once there click on the drop-down and select from the menu.
Scroll down until you find the section.
You can now add any HTML, including CSS and Javascript elements, you want to load in the header or footer in its respective section. This code will load on every page across your site.
Remember to click at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
